Welcome to Regal Paints. We are located in Montana about 35 miles from the capital, Helena. We live on 9 acres and currently have a herd of 9 horses. Please visit our "SALE BARN" to see what we have for sale. We want to keep our herd small so we can give each horse the time and attention they deserve. Our herd sire is "Cita's Bueno Suerte" (Cita's Good Luck). In keeping with Regal Paints goal of producing "Cowy" Paints with a calm, willing disposition, good solid feet and legs and excellent confirmation we found what we were looking for in "Tank". He has a lot of "cow" behind him and an awesome pedigree. We are offering his breeding services this year to outside mares. In 2005 we were blessed to have a superb Bay and White Homozygous colt that we have retained to be our future herd sire. "Citas Regal Prfection" is a real class act. With his color, disposition, confirmation, athletic ability, willingness and great mind we feel that he is going to be a real asset to our herd. Add the fact that he is Homozygous and has a pedigree full of Hall of Fame, World, Congress, National, Honor Roll, Canadian, APHA and AQHA Halter, Cutting, Reining, Heading, Heeling, Working Cow Horse, Steer Stopping, Roping, AQHA Running, Race, Futurity and Versatility CHAMPIONS he will truly be the "KING" around here!!! Regal Paints breeding program is aimed towards big boned powerful Paints with pretty heads and a gentle, eager to learn disposition with good minds. We are concentrating on athletic "Cowy" Paints with balanced confirmations and huge hips that should excel in any cow discipline as well as the arena or show ring. Our bloodlines go back to many of the best foundation stock; Sugar Bars, Leo, Impressive, King, Three Bars, Doc Bar, Doc's Zimfandel, Primero El Randado, Leo San Cita, Pura Fina, etc. We believe if you want quality Paints you MUST have quality in their bloodlines. Since we have such a small herd all of our horses get plenty of TLC and attention. You will find our foals to be gentle and easy to work with. They will be halter broke, imprinted and will have been trimmed at least one time before being sold.
